Nicole Schoettler

Raised in the vibrant city of San Antonio, TX, Nicole pursued her academic passions at Texas State University, graduating with a BA in Public Relations. With a heart full of adventure and a desire for a change in scenery, her family made the bold decision to relocate from Buda, TX to the picturesque shores of Navarre, FL in 2018. Their dream? To be closer to the ocean and embrace a fresh, new lifestyle.

For more than 12 years, Nicole cherished the role of a stay-at-home mom, cultivating a nurturing environment for her family. Now, with that same nurturing spirit, she's channeled her energies into the world of real estate, driven by a deep-seated passion to help others achieve their homeownership dreams. What sets Nicole apart is not just her expertise, but her innate ability to listen, understand, and act. She takes pride in identifying her clients' desires, and then tirelessly works to make them a reality.

Beyond transactions and negotiations, Nicole's real joy stems from the bonds she forges with members of her community. Every handshake, every conversation is an opportunity for her to lend a hand, offer guidance, or simply share a smile. For Nicole, real estate isn't just a profession—it's a calling. She wakes up each day with gratitude, eager to make a difference in the lives of those she serves.

Nicole proudly serves the following areas: Pensacola, Pace, Milton, Pensacola Beach, Navarre/Gulf Breeze, Mary Esther, Fort Walton Beach, Destin
